The First Capitol Bistro's breakfast buffet is open Monday through Friday from 6 am to 10 am, and Saturday & Sunday from 7 am to 10 am. Buffet includes scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, breakfast potatoes, and a make-your-own waffle station. Enjoy continental selections including assorted breakfast breads & pastries, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, granola, and whole fresh fruit. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juices also available.
Dinner
A la carte dining is available for dinner between 5 pm and 9 pm seven days a week, with bar service only continuing until 10 pm. To-Go service is available between 5 - 9 pm, Sunday through Saturday.
