Group Policy
One comp on guestrooms and two planned meal comps per bus. Friday or Saturday night stay requires a two-night minimum from June 1st to October 31st.
Rate Details
Group rates available upon request. Complimentary Welcome Refreshments upon arrival. Luggage Handling available for $5.00/person. Luggage must be tagged with guest's name.
Rate Policies
$500.00 deposit due sixty days in advance. Balance due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Day 2:
Tour Hyde Park. Options include: Franklin Roosevelt Home & Library, Culinary Institute of America tour & lunch, Vanderbilt Mansion, Dinner in Rhinebeck or Hyde Park.Day 3:
Tour West Point—Newburgh Area. Options include: National Purple Heart Hall of Honor, West Point Military Academy, Brotherhood Winery, Boscobel Home & Gardens, Storm King Art Center, Newburg waterfront, shopping at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets and Lunch and Dinner at the Hotel Thayer.
Day 4:
Tour Rural Day. Options include: Clermont State Historic Site, Wings Castle, Olana State Historic site, Thomas Cole National Historic site, Innisfree Garden and Walkway Over the Hudson. Several options for craft beverage tours.
Day 5:
